Guide to Alscript, AMPS, and STAMP

To run Alscript at the MolViz Facility, type alscript and follow directions in the Alscript Manual.

To run AMPS at the MolViz Facility, type setup_amps and follow the directions in the AMPS Manual.

To run STAMP at the MolViz Facility, type setup_stamp and follow the directions in the STAMP Manual.
