S T A M P
Structural Alignment of Multiple Proteins
Version 4.2

WARNING:

To run STAMP at the IU MolViz Facility, first type setup_stamp to initialize your UNIX window for the STAMP programs. Do this in ALL UNIX windows from which you run STAMP programs. It's OK to type setup_stamp multiple times in the same window.

Also, you'll need a directory with PDB files that you want to use for the 3D structure alignment. The MolViz Facility doesn't maintain an updated directory of all PDB files. Contact the MolViz Facility if you have questions about obtaining or developing your directory of PDB files.
